Lazy Shopper

I am a lazy shopper. I have friends who seek deals and sales and they go shopping with coupons and stuff like that. They’re brilliant because they always have very fashionable clothes in their closets and money in their accounts. Me on the other hand, I have no patience and I don’t like to shop. This means I’m the one getting suckered into paying full price for whatever the item is.
It’s funny because ironically enough I like they’re bargain clothes better than my full price selection. I think a part of it has to do with the fact that we tend to like the greener grass on the other side, but also I think they are getting super cute expensive clothes on a discount, while I don’t want to spend “too” much money so I get the least expensive full priced stuff.
I think in this economy it would be wise to learn more tricks and care more about my savings account. I need to learn better shopping techniques; and patience. I think whatever we learn in the shopping world of retail can be translated into the investing world. We have to be patient and we have to search out the bargains.
