Every day people try to recommit themselves to saving money. There are several small ways that you can easily cut costs and save more money.

1. Organize. When you know where things are, you will know what you have and will not repurchase something you already have.
2. Take the coupons. It is very easy to forget coupons at home, but they can save you a lot of money. Think about spending a few minutes online looking for additional coupons before you leave for the store. You could be surprised at how much you will save.
3. Pause before the cash register. Take a minute to run through the items in your cart and ask yourself whether you really need each item or if you could get a better deal elsewhere. Put back or hand to a clerk the items you don’t need.
