Accruing wealth is the process of getting ahead of inflation and raing the total maount of money that is gained over time. This is known as supplemental income, and it can be very beneficial to have.

Accruing wealth can be done in one of two ways. People can either rely on their interest rate from their bank, or they can invest in the stock market. The bank option is the more dependable one, but it rarely brings in enough on it’s interest rate to actually make the person money, due to the influence of inflation.

Those looking to build wealth in the stock market should invest soundly, with a balanced portfolio. While this option is less dependable than bank interest, it is the more profitable option. If people have enough high yield stocks that are balanced by lower yield ones that are safer in nature, then they can gain welath fairly reliably.

Combining the two is the most balanced way to accrue wealth, and then store it safely. Utilizing a money manager is also an excellent way to further safeguard the assets that are gained form building wealth over time.

One of the most important concerns of the coming months wil involve the stock market and whether we will see economic recovery this year. During times of possible recovery, people tend to invest their money in the market, anticipating that the recovery will give them impressive results. This excitement about financial opportunity should be tempered by pragmatism and good sense.

It is important that people not invest everything that they have in one prouct or company. While there are dcertain things that may seem foolproof, the balance of power is a delicate one. For example, Apple stocks have seemed like a surefire investmenet, but the recent hospitalization of Stave Jobs has driven down these stocks. The mere news of a christmatic CEO being hospitialized can cause immediate drops in consumer confidence.

Investing is a calculated risk. Therefore, having a balanced and diversified portfolio can help protect pople fromlosing their money if one of their stock picks goes under. Spreading out the investment and balancing high risk and low risk options will allow for greater financial security.

Optioneer Trading is a system that has been developed to help our members manage risk while trading options. Importantly, Optioneer members are taught to follow some basic rules and guidelines for risk management and profit taking.

Adherence to these rules help our customers mitigate losses, while at the same time, access profits. Some of the people who have been unsuccessful with Optioneer are those who have ignored the risk management rules and have taken on more risk than recommended.

Some customers have said.
1.”I began telling my family and friends, how pleased I was with the Optioneer. Since then, four of my children are trading with Optioneer; and five of my brothers and sisters. My ex-wife has her own account as well. We are all happy and excited about the Optioneer method of trading.”

Ray Naisbitt
Retired Air Traffic Controller

2. “Optioneer is a trading strategy that is risk tolerant and requires very little of my time. As a retiree I want freedom to do my own “thing” and not have to spend hours looking at the daily market activity. While any type of trading has some risk, I believe that Optioneer’s strategy minimizes that risk. The staff at Optioneer are very dedicated and informative. They know their stuff! I highly recommend Optioneer.”

Larry Rector
Retired American Airlines Pilot

3. “I have now realized that if the rules are followed, that the Optioneer strategy fits hand in hand with my current investments. I feel if done properly Optioneer is a truly amazing risk management strategy.”

There is a risk of loss in trading futures & options This website refers to “Testimonials”. No representation is being made that the use of the trading methodology will generate profits or eliminate losses from trading. In fact, some Optioneer customers have had significant losses even if they have followed all the rules. None of the results referenced in any testimonial are necessarily indicative of trading results that may or will be experienced in the future. In addition, losses may have been incurred subsequent to the date on which the testimonial was provided.

I am a lazy shopper. I have friends who seek deals and sales and they go shopping with coupons and stuff like that. They’re brilliant because they always have very fashionable clothes in their closets and money in their accounts. Me on the other hand, I have no patience and I don’t like to shop. This means I’m the one getting suckered into paying full price for whatever the item is.

It’s funny because ironically enough I like they’re bargain clothes better than my full price selection. I think a part of it has to do with the fact that we tend to like the greener grass on the other side, but also I think they are getting super cute expensive clothes on a discount, while I don’t want to spend “too” much money so I get the least expensive full priced stuff.

I think in this economy it would be wise to learn more tricks and care more about my savings account. I need to learn better shopping techniques; and patience. I think whatever we learn in the shopping world of retail can be translated into the investing world. We have to be patient and we have to search out the bargains.

Save save save. The economy is clearly telling us right now that we as a society have not learned the importance of saving. It’s too bad that we’ve had to learn the lesson the hard way but that seems to be a common theme with people, myself included. In my life I have learned that often the act of commission is easier than the act of omission. It’s easier to text a guy and let him know that I’m interested rather than wait around to see if he is just like it’s easier to spend a dollar rather than put it aside for later when something comes up and I’m going to need money. Because of this, the act of omission has been a hard one for me to accept. The good news is, though, there are many ways I can act that involve not spending my money, but placing it into something that will grow and expand it. I am still looking for the best answer and debating if it means the stock market, cds, real estate, or whatever other investing opportunities there are out there. All I’m learning is that it’s better to have my money in the form of an investment rather than a candy bar. For the candy bar lasts 5 minutes, while the investment can last a lifetime. And, let’s say in two days I need that money to help pay some unexpected bill off, I’m so glad that my money is not in the form of digested chocolate but as an investment that I can sell to receive my real money from.

Since the stock market is injured with the downturn of the economy people are worried to invest in stocks and options though this is one of the best times to do so. Stocks are not the only investment that is struggling.

Treasury bills are also not doing well and with less than 3% interest they will not keep pace with inflation that should be beyond %4 soon. Property is also low so this is a good time to invest, but that leaves questions about when those properties will be ready to be sold and you can capitalize on your purchases.

These are some of the suggestions about what to do with your money that will be a more secure and money making investment.

Look into high yield bonds. These do not have the same ability for growth that normal stock does, but if a company goes bankrupt they are also wiped out by the company, meaning that the same risk is not taken by the investor. This is an area for investment that investors have overlooked as risky, but which offers a high potential for return.

Also look to the food sector. Food is an area that will always be a necessity even when the rest of the market is low. Things like bio-fuel also spike the market and there are sure to be continued success with other food based products down the road.

One last thought: keep your money available to you as cash. As the market continues to drop, companies are more suspect of credit. For those who have cash ready they can take advantage of the distrust the poor economy breeds. Put your money in a money market account or a bank account that offer 4% or over.

You’ve probably heard that the stock market is at it lowest point in more than a decade. What does that mean and what do we do?

Well, its easy to panic, especially if our stocks are those that seem to be constantly dropping in this economy that shows no mercy. First, calm down, unneeded stress doesn’t help investors to think clearly. Remember the history of the stock market and plug that into modern reality.

Though the market has had bad days and even, so called, crashed it has never stopped functioning all together and it probably never will.

People and companies alike have been surviving on borrowed money and now our low markets is one of the results for these miscalculations. Trust is going to have to be restored for our economy to start booming the way we want it to.

In the mean time there are things that we can do. For one we should be putting our homes in order. Get out of debt and prepare for the opportunity to make big money when the market is better. Remember that now could be one of the best times to invest since the market is so low.

Look at companies that are sure to go up as the economy does. There are certain sectors of the market that will grow in value. As we identify and target these areas our investments now can be better than we could have had normally when the economy was healthy.

The market will go up it is just a matter of when and how prepared you are for that to happen. Get ready now so that the gravy train doesn’t pass you by when it shows up with a full grown economy.

Its not likely that the majority of us are looking to invest with this kind of a market and economy. In fact it is more likely that we trying to save and skimp for whatever money we can. However, money can be made when we are hurting. Big money can be made.

If you are one of the few that is not financially crippled and you are looking to invest, what do you do? First of all if you have not considered getting into the property ownership side then you should. Housing is down and renting is up because few can afford owning a home.

As the population increases so will property value. Property is virtually guarenteed to increase in value as the years past. In the meantime you can rent to others, mostly paying for the property, all before the big payoff when you plan to sell.

If you are looking in the stock market, don’t think the same way, stocks are not like property. This should be obvious, but apparently not. Look for companies that are not in debt. Their current financial situation is a key indication of what shape their company will be over time.

Here is another obvious, but often forgotten rule. Follow the big guys. When you follow the lead of big money exchange groups you are giving yourself the advantage of a multitude of financial gurus and their view of the market. Its always better to go off more than just your own intuiton.

If you really can’t afford to invest than just make sure that you save money rather than spend it. Anybody else have thoughts on investing in this economy?
